Acasa High Road

I have been living at this property since 2023 and decided that I have had enough. My experience there was very unpleasant on top of that they always have new management like every year, no one ever had the answers to questions we ask. I got charged for the carpet that was already nasty 🤢 OK when they give me the apartment because no one even came out to clean it. This place is filled with people that on drugs and the wash room stays nasty and I can go on and on. So unless you don’t mind being in a very bad environment with people who don’t care about just get your hard earned money they go but trust believe you will be disappointed.

Please do not move here AT ALL unless they promote April to the be the new property manager. Rent is cheap, however the added fees make living here very expensive. Everything is out dated and work orders typically doesn’t get handled unless April has something to do with it. So many people have came and gone during my stay at Acasa and my problems never were tended to. I’ve had Wasp issues inside my home, plumbing issues constantly, mold issues, flooding, etc. However April has been here 3 months and has helped me and my family so much. Please promote her to run Acasa. She is attentive and vocal enough to make the necessary changes. If April is no longer working in the front office DO NOT SIGN A LEASE!!!!!!!!!!

Ms April has been the best Leasing Agent that I have ever encounter with living in apartments I pray we don’t lose her cause she has gone beyond to help the tenants here with her only being here a short time herself having to come aboard to fix issues that’s been going on with myself that should have been fixed Lord I truly thank you for the helpful and kind professional intelligent young lady she is and never once showed any anger when other tenants would come in to bless her out when the issues was occurred before her hiring. We spoke to Virginia and the process overall to even begin renting an apartment at Acasa High Road was made extremely difficult by her. It took an entire week for them to even answer the phone for a follow up on our application. Virginia was very rude, unpleasant, short-tempered, and ill-mannered. Never in my life have I had such an awful experience speaking to another woman. The only reason this place even gets a 1 star from me is due to Chris - the property manager’s - kind and apologetic attitude and Google not letting me rank it lower. Basically, management at Acasa High Road needs to change or at least fire the terribly rude receptionist Virginia before anyone even attempts to apply. STAY AWAY FROM ACASA HIGH ROAD!!!!! Or go to Acasa Ocala instead, at least they pick up the phone.

These apartments are supposed to be "affordable living" for college students and affordable for people in general and it's not. There is always fees, for trash, maintenance, parking, utilities everything and it's not no small fees after your based rent that's supposed to start around $750-$810 your looking around $1100-$1200 a month but they won't advertise that.... the management SUCKS! They are very rude when it comes to problems that need to be resolved. Pool has been green for almost a month, a holiday recently just passed (Labor Day) and me and my family couldn't even enjoy the pool... at this point what amenities do we really have and what are we paying for? Laundry room barely works and we have to pay for that as well... once again it's supposed to be "affordable living". -0/10 reco
