Very quite. Very clean grounds. Nice layout of apartments. Very nice play park across the street from apartment complex either walking trails and access to the river it about.

This place is terrible. Always sending out e-mails threatening tenants with towing or fines. Rejected my post on the community board when talking about how they did a poor job handling the snow (see other reviews here for pictures). My dryer didn't come with a lint catcher, both my garbage disposal and fireplace didn't work on move-in. They are now charging me month-to-month rent for lack of 60 days notice, which is apparently a new thing in Virginia. Read the fine print, people, these people are awful. DO NOT MOVE HERE

to anybody new trying to move to acadia keep in mind they cheap !! they don’t pay peoples to clean sidewalks this is insane!! maintenance people’s are doing what they can , but they are only like 5 peoples cleaning the whole building .

I was driving by and decided to stop in at Arcadia. Claudia Talero is new, but she was very knowledgeable about the area and provided great information about the apartments. I’m currently looking for a place for my mother-in-law, and this community is definitely at the top of my list.

I had posted a review about how terrible maintenance and office staff and now that I moved out.. I’m Here with another review about the deposit, I had cleared the apartment before my move out date and had to get out of town so I sent my sister with the keys to be returned. I kept getting wrong information about when to expect the deposit till I spoke with the manager . Then almost 2 months later I recently received a check in the mail minus 100 dollars for cleaning fee. I know I cleaned the apartment and only left a few items that the maintenance employee wanted for himself which I had mentioned to the office after the keys were returned . They said it’s ok to keep it there for him which he then removed those items 2 days later. I sent an email to the same manager that I had talked to abou
