Academy Park Apartments

It’s a very nice place to live. Staff works hard everyday to keep the property clean and safe for everyone. Management is always happy to help and constantly go the extra mile for residents. Maintenance personnel are very timely and act fast anytime work orders get sent at least in my personal experience. Bibi the property manager is extremely proactive, kind and involved, she is always looking for input from the residents to improve already exceptional living conditions. She constantly looks for events and activities to keep the community engaged and happy. Overall it’s a great place to live and the staff in charge make it even better. It’s easy to tell that they truly care about the resident’s satisfaction and wellbeing.

Academy Park is one of the best places to live You can't complain about anything, the place is always clean, maintenance is always on their job and keeping grounds and the whole entire property clean. Including the office staff amazing ladies. Keep up the great work everyone You're doing an amazing job.

My wife and I love living here! The front office team is very underrated and kind. The maintenance staff work so hard and are also very helpful and friendly. Everything is always clean, other than the garbage at times, but that’s because people who live here can be lazy and just don’t care to keep it clean. But then the maintenance crew comes and cleans it up very well.

Currently live here going on 3y. Apartment is very modern, comes w a full sized w/d, normal appliances. Nice walkway around the pond n perimeter of the buildings. Love the proximity to hopping on to the Tpke, but that’s a nightmare w the expansion construction. No real issues w neighboring neighbors, very nice. Others on the upper floors can’t be bothered, so idc. But, when we first moved in, there was always plenty of parking, all the time. Now, haven’t seen anyone moving in or out, for that matter, yet, some times I’m having to park way over to the next building, which is not right after a over an hour commute and a 12h shift. So, since it is becoming an issue, we have decided it’s time to go. I really have no other issues, just I’m parking further and further away from my buildi

I’ve lived in Academy Park for about 3 years and I’ve loved my experience here! My apartment is so comfortable and the amenities the complex offers are great. Juana and Vivi are always so helpful and have answered all my questions :)
