The process with getting approved for an apartment here has been so smooth. Nicole Plafker has been such a great help. The previous complex where I lived had placed a judgement onto my name that was an incorrect filing. Nicole went above and beyond to help me through the process to get it off. I’m overjoyed with how much she has done for me and my fiancé. She has been so punctual with answering the phone, replying back to emails and most importantly being available at all times. We are about to move in and are super excited. I can’t thank Nicole enough for what she has done. There’s not many employees out here that are willing to not just do their job, but connect with the people and if they’re able go above and beyond. Thank you a thousand times Nicole.

While touring twice and asking a million and one questions Nicole has been such a great help and kept it as honest as she could which is appreciated. She replies to allll my emails with a great time period! She brought such a welcoming comforting vibe both times I’ve gone to tour the place.

I have been living here for a number of years and it's nice, quiet and friendly. Any problems that I may have I can always count on Danté with our maintenance dept. He takes care of the problem right away. He is always friendly accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need!
