Abrego Villas Luxury Apartments

My roommates and I loved our time at Abrego Villas! The buildings were clean, modern, and well-kept. The complex felt safe and friendly, we really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and beautiful walking trails around Elwood Bluffs. The new manager is very communicative and helpful. He always answered any questions quickly and treated us with respect. We absolutely loved living here!

Within walking distance to UCSB, this complex is ideal for many reasons. The apartment manger Uzi is the best thing about Abrego Villas. He is accessible and always striving to make the place prettier, safer and an overall positive experience/community for the residents. As a parent of a young student who has lived here for over 2 years now, I 100% recommend. It's a nice little community with well maintained units, and great parking.

I will definitely give minus point if I could. The apartment is HORRIBLE including the manager and apartment itself. They will try their best to make sure you get as least as possible the amount of your deposit back when you move out of the apartment. They don't care anything else except your money. The laundry room's dryer forever needs a repair. The manager rent your own parking spot to other tenants and said he forgot you had a car. Endless disgusting little winged insects came out from the sink in summer time. Every time you told them the issue, they always informed you that you need to pay the bill if they ask someone to fix or clean it for you. I won't never ever recommend this apartment and company to anyone else. They never care anything else except you cash.

Been here for a couple of years now and absolutely love it. The manager is on top of things and very respectful. Apartments are well kept and beautifully modern on the inside. I couldn't imagine a better place in IV!

The manager of the complex is extremely rude to residents and unwilling to provide even basic assistance. Furthermore the lease itself is not favorable towards residents. It is in a fairly quiet part of IV however the management of it makes it a one star.
