Adobe Settlement Group Title Company made my entire closing process smooth and stress-free. The team was professional, helpful, and always kept me updated. They made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them for anyone needing title services!

This establishment is very unprofessional and disorganized. As the Seller of a property I was forced to use this LLC to finish the selling process of my property. It was the told one thing and another about the necessary documents being prepared. I arrived on the scheduled date and time for settlement that had previously been postponed for 3 weeks from contract date. Upon arrival I was told that the closing documents weren’t all there, despite having 3 extra weeks to procure these documents. There was an extreme lack of communication from this LLC. I had to reach out to them about a revised settlement date several times as no one from Abode ever called me. Use this LLC at your own risk. I would like to leave a negative star for them. Please don’t be fooled by the positive reviews they are

As a home seller we were very unhappy with the service of this company. They had terrible communication, never returning emails or phone calls. Then they forgot to wire our funds from the sale!! And took several days to correct it. Thankfully we weren’t waiting on those funds to close on our new house or they would have caused us to miss our own settlement, and they didn’t even act like they cared. Horrible title company. Maybe they were better toward the buyers, but I would never work with them again. We are still waiting on a refund from our water bill that they overcharged us for, and no surprise, they hardly answer the phone and never call you back when they say they will.

I did not have a positive experience with this company. I worked with this company to sell my home; however, Abode Settlements was selected by the buyer. On the day of closing, I arrived early, but found out from my realtor that the documents were not ready so we would be delayed by 30 minutes. Settlement was scheduled well in advance so I don’t see why they weren’t ready on time. Closing was more like a family affair than a business meeting. The woman handling the transaction (Olivia) seemed to know the buyer on a personal level. After all the paperwork was completed, I was told that I would receive an electronic copy of the final documents and my funds by 2pm that day. At 5pm I had not received any funds or documents. I called to check in and I was told there was a delay with the paperwo

In my experience ABODE Settlement Group, LLC is very unprofessional company. I had multiple issues with this company. They help us for settlement when we sell our home in 05/2022, they were so unprofessional that were not able to complete the transfer for several months. They never informed us whats going on and I was keep getting the bills from county till 11/2022. I had to email them many time to ask them to complete their job ...very disappointed.
