I wanted an older house with some projects; The wife wanted new construction. Thomas was able to find us a great new construction option on the marsh so the wife wins. Being new construction, already mostly framed when we went under contract, I thought it would be smooth sailing and we'd be in our new house by late April. After COVID delays and problems with the builders, we finally closed 6 months later. Thankfully Thomas stuck with us the whole way and things turned out well in the end. Despite having plenty of other things to do, Thomas checked in with me almost daily as we worked through some tough situations with the builder.
