We are so happy to have found Able Mortgage. My wife and I have worked with a half dozen mortgage brokers in the past ten years. We have never used a broker more than once because of their lack of professionalism, lack of knowledge/suggesting products they know nothing about or substandard communication. We thought it was normal to scramble and stress to provide paperwork 10 days before closing. In trying to locate a mortgage I was referred to John Estrella at Able Mortgage. I found him to be super patient and willing to answer question. My experience was not good with john. Although he was very helpful in the beginning and helped get me preapproved and get the process started things started to fall apart. We started looking at houses and found one we wanted. We put in an offer and it was accepted. We filled out the paperwork with the realtor, had it inspected, appraised, all insurance and everything was all set. Even the realtor thought we were in great shape. Days before closing john explains we need to clean up some credit issues? Now? Two days before closing? Why wasnt this told to us before we wasted all that time going through the process of buying the house? So john gave us some hoops to jump through, which we did and once again said this should be it.
