I'd give this building zero stars if possible. Oh, where to start... How about with the fact that you'll have some free bonus roommates?? I had to leave five weeks before my lease is up because we still had cockroaches showing up after two months and 3-4 treatments, and I mentally could not handle it anymore. When I contacted them about the fact that we were unhappy with our new roomies, they assured me they'd get right on it - only for them to not communicate the day or time that the exterminator was going to show up. I had to call the pest control vendor directly to get this information. This is not the only time that this was the case - before I left on August 1st, they hastily sent someone out again but not without stating that "if we still had roaches this was the first they're hear

Honestly cannot complain. The property management group has been very accommodating for me and the rent is relatively inexpensive.
