Aberdeen Apartments

This is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in and I hope that no one will ever give them their business. We moved into this apartment mid July 2025 and as of December 2025, we have broken the lease and moved out. Labor Day weekend we discovered a cockroach in our apartment. We immediately let the leasing office know. We continued to see MORE after pest control came. We were also finding egg sacks left behind. We asked for pest control to return to be met with silence. Keep in mind that for pest control to spray for this, we needed to have all of our items removed from drawers, cabinets, and everything away from the wall, in addition to having to be out of the apartment for 4-5 hours. Went to the office with pictures and had work orders for micrwave cracking apart, washer and dryer area, lines of water on my walls, dishwasher leaking and fell out, bathroom smell of mold or sewer, tub nob not able shut off completely and several water issues/mold. Also put in a request to spray for spiders and ants. NOTHING WAS DONE but fixing the leeking tub. But- still Smells horrible from what leaked in the walls. Really am disgusted he pulled the seal from around my toilet and then touched all over my bathroom counter, bathroom door, the hallway etc. It was gross, lack of respect. The carpet is cheap and keeps coming up when vacuuming. The water here is dangerously hard making your sinks look terriblly gross, your washers unable to wash good and skin dryness etc. HORRIBLE. Maintenance was amazing. Due to a power surge my microwave, light bulbs, refrigerator/freezer, and my dishwasher all went out. Within 48 hours i had a brand new refrigerator, brand new dishwasher, brand new microwave, and all my bulbs were replaced. Maintenance even texted me with updates, arrival times, and to make sure I was ok with them coming. Could not have been handled better.

My father lived here for three years and was always treated great by Katie Jones and the rest of her team! The maintenance team was also always on point. If and when any issues occurred, they were immediately addressed and resolved. This is a great place for anyone to live and he highly recommends these apartments to anyone. - Carlos Townsend

I was invited to stay as a guest at this complex by a relative for a visit at the beginning of September. Upon arriving, I immediately noticed that the apartment was infested with bugs, which I later learned to be roaches. My relative then informed me that this is an ongoing problem in the complex and the staff is not doing much to help them with their awful living situation. My relative informed me that they have had these roaches in all of their belongs, in their pantry, and even crawl on top of them in their own home multiple times. They have told me they now feel extreme amounts of anxiety entering their own kitchen, as that is where the majority of the problems exists. It took many weeks for the staff to even get an exterminator in the complex to treat the problem. ln order to get tre
