If 0 stars was a thing, they definitely deserve it. Unprofessional and very slimy behavior, how dare they make us pay the fee, give me the apartment, and then give it to someone else. For traveling healthcare workers, it’s not ideal to use this company. The tenants do not care about you, and will stress you out. Good luck, don’t rent from here.

They cut mine and Dr Popes yard on 153 and are rude, unorganized and not worth it. And not safe with single women. They're from NYC you know. Today (ha)rasskickers drive to a parking lot I don't owned and threatened bc they are from NYC safety does not matter. I have acute anxiety, PTSD, cancer survivor, autoimmune disablef and an insurance agent. I begged for them to park on the space shown below and told them this is not OSHA safe to haul machinery a cross a highway and I don't want a decapitation like my cousin on a lawnmower last week. He goes “Maam you need to shut up and go inside or we will leave” I sent a text of where I wanted them to park, warned of violation from the city and sent them OSHA requirements for lawn are workers they said did not exist.

Don’t apply. Super disrespectful staff. They sent me all the paperwork, told me I got the apartment, lead me on for days then at the last minute gave it to someone else. They even texted me saying another name, and when I would correct them they’d say “yea that’s what I meant”. Should’ve known this would happen with a 2.3 rating.

I’ve rented from ABC for two years and I have had good experiences with this company. I highly recommend renting with them. I moved into my first place and after my year lease was up I decided I wanted to move to another one of their properties. The transition to the new place and signing a lease for the other property was quick and easy. Everyone has been helpful with any questions I had and when I put in maintenance request, they were handled in a very timely matter. And the maintenance guys were very nice and easy to communicate with.

It is fair to charge an application fee, but not if you are making me apply and pay a non-refundable application fee for an apartment I haven't visited yet or know if it meets my disability needs. I was told many times by ABC RENTAL MANAGEMENT LLC that they refuse to make any reasonable exceptions in their policies or operations to afford me an equal housing opportunity.
