If I could give 0 stars I would. This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. They are unresponsive, one cannot get in touch with them, they don’t do what you ask them (politely) to do, e. g. remove old and rotten bushes in front of my house, they don’t acknowledge receipt of requests, they have an app that is very hard to maneuver and when you pay by automatic payments, you have to pay an extra fee - don’t tell me that there are no money managing companies that do not charge for recurring transactions - and on and on it goes… But heaven forbid that something is not to their liking, you get threatening emails, which cannot be responded to, because the address is a “don’t reply” address. My pipes froze and had water issues and Gabby my property manager has been a great help and took the time to make sure my issue has been resolved. She contacted the plumbing service and had my pipes replaced and my heater replaced with no hassle. She has been great overall.

Dealing with ABC Property Managers has been a deeply disappointing experience. They changed my personal information without consent — including entering a false address and incorrect lease details — despite receiving accurate documents from me. Important documents were also lost, and I never received any explanation or apology. My repeated emails requesting corrections and asking them to stop altering my data were completely ignored. To make matters worse, their staff has been consistently rude and dismissive. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for accuracy and privacy make this company highly unreliable. I strongly advise others to avoid ABC Property Managers

Very disappointed with this property manager. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Non-responsive to any claims and has done nothing since they’ve taken over. Would not recommend to anyone.

We own a house in Westridge Subdivision in Bartlett. Our fence fell down a couple of months ago due to bad weather/storm. Since the HOA is responsible for that portion of the fence, I’ve reached out to the management company to have it repaired. Few weeks later someone finally showed up just to put the same fence up and also left one broken board that probably got damaged due to the fall. I was surprised one day having someone on my property “working” on it and my dog almost escaped because the contractor that was fixing the fence failed to let me know he will have it open to the main road we are backing out to. I also wasn’t aware he will be working on it that day at all. I reached out again to Gaby (community association manager) and told her about it as well as asking to have him come b
