Beyond unprofessional staff, all they wanna do is to get an application from you and when it comes to getting updates, it’s like pulling teeth. They just suddenly disappear. I had a truly disappointing experience with ABC Property Management, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Grady, Brent, and Trey were by far the most irresponsible individuals I’ve ever had to deal with in property management. Their lack of care and professionalism was evident in every interaction we had with them. It felt as though they treated their work as an afterthought, making the entire process of living here incredibly frustrating. ABC property Management has been the best experience I’ve ever had in helping me find a home and in looking after my home needs. They were accommodating, informative, and I really felt looked after as an individual in the searching process. I’ve lived in my home they set me up with for a few months now and it’s been everything I was looking for. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone to use their management services.

I have never written a negative review before but I feel obligated to write one for this company. In my experience, ABC Property Management is unprofessional and unethical. I lived in one of their managed units for over four years. In the last two years, I dealt with a gardener who threatened me and a woman (or her illegal sub-renter) who set her unit on fire. No amount of emails or pictures that I submitted had any effect. The gardener was running an illegal commercial business out of a garage with multiple trucks coming in and out. He was not a resident. His actions were in violation of city ordinances. I sent emails and pictures of his actions over the course of 15 months. Instead of removing him, they informed him of the pictures and I was accosted but him and one of his worke
