Abbot Lofts

My GF and I have lived here for one year so far and have loved the location, layout of the apartment and the management. Aldin the landlord is always quick to respond to any issues and also just a good guy all around. Anytime we have someone come over they always say that the location is amazing and that its one of the coolest apartments they have been to in the area. We get a lot of natural light and the sliding window upstairs always lets in a nice breeze so we have never been too hot or too cold. Also having our apartment-exlcusive garage under the apartment is clutch for the busy summer days being on Abbot Kinney. Being so close to Abbot Kinney and Venice blvd there is some street noise but we sleep with a fan on at night and cant hear any of it. It also gives the apartment a "busy

Here's the TL:DR Positives 1. Great for siren spotting. Amazing if you need to stay awake most nights- even with the windows closed..the units were constructed with single glazing. But back to the siren spotting - c. 2 fire truck sirens, 6 police and 2 ambulances an hour- and that's on a weekday... 2. Location. Its off a major boulevard and the grooovy AK for road access- what more is there to say about the location. For added fun, there is a great weekend dayclub next door (which you'll acknowledge when signing your lease) - which means you'll want to either attend or go to Ojai each weekend. 3. Absolutely loved this spot. A cool loft style apartment in one of the best parts of LA. Walking distance to the beach too. Would've stayed there forever if I could!

We love this building, the apartments and the service! Highly recommend.
