Abbington Village

The complex looks nice, looking from the street but once inside it's trash all over the grounds, garbage outside of the dumpsters a lot, broken down cars, cars with expired tags, grown men and women living with their moms in one bedroom apartments.People with dogs walking around like it's ok. The smell of weed all the time. I saw mice in the laundry room. Children out late on school nights because parents don't care. The manager in the office is arrogant and rude and very two faced. She talks to residents about each other. She allows these things to go on, simply because she doesn't care what happens here, but it's all a reflection of her being the manager here.

Don’t live here. My neighbors let their kids bang and slam things all day to the point my floors and walls vibrate. Kids leave trash and bikes laying around everywhere. The walls are so thin to the point you can hear your neighbor’s conversations sometimes. We’ve emailed the office about noise disturbances plenty of times and they continue to do nothing about it. It’s been like this for years.

This is a beautiful property! I've lived here since July 2021 and have no complaints. The background check is extensive as it should be. Wouldn't have it any other way. The property is well guarded with cameras everywhere so my family and other residents are well protected. The office staff are amazing, the maintenance crew is very responsive. This community is amazing. I love living here!

Horrible experience! My mom and I went in just to ask if they have any available units and from the very start the lady at the desk was very rude and arrogant. There were no traces of professionalism from her end. If I could give a zero star u would. She lost a potential client!

Property manager lynn has bad attitude and is two face. Acts one way when her boss is at the office and another when by herself and acts like you are disturbing her when she's doing nothing. Meanwhile trash is overflowing at dumpsters, drug activity is allowed, and kids are running around all night long keeping tenants up and banging on doors. Hopefully new property management is brought in. We left ASAP when our lease was up.
