came home to a flooded apartment but no worries bc maintenance was on it super quick, they found the issue and resolved it within an hour or so. The carpet cleaning company got here fast too! The ladies in the office and maintenance guys are always so nice and on it with everything. Always appreciate the time and effort from everyone!

I have lived in this safe and peaceful community for about 6 years now. I love the tall pine trees, peaceful walks at night and sunset views in various locations throughout the community. Kittie is a great property manager. She sees me as a person and not as a rental unit like other places I've lived. I do not plan on relocating anytime soon.

Lived here 18years.Signed new lease Feb 28. Payed new rent Apr and May 2025. Went to pay June it jumped $57. Called office I signed in June. Told them no Feb. She hung up. By law they can't add charges when a legal lease is signed. I can show any one that wants to see what they have done!!!!!

My husband and I have lived at Abbington Village since the fall of 2020. The company that bought the complex this past fall is doing an amazing job. The property manager, Ashley, is awesome. She is very customer oriented and goes the extra mile to help tenants and does all she can to make living here a great experience. The maintenance guys are also amazing. They come right away and stay at it until the issue is resolved. The rent is reasonable as compared to other similar places. Abbington Village is a great place to live!! Debbie Phillips
