Never apply here!! First off let me start by saying they approved me, had me sign my lease, come get the keys and call me back days later saying I can’t get the apartment. When I fiest applied, I applied for an apartment that was $1050. So when I got approved they told me the apartment was tax credit so I couldn’t get it, I could only get a market rate (regular rent) apartment for $1200. And if you know about market apartments you know it don’t matter if you make too much money on your paystub. So I was fine with that. I don’t have no bad rental history. My pay stubs and bank statements legit. It wasn’t no reason I couldn’t get the apartment. After I got my keys, they called me back days later saying I didn’t qualify because I “make too much” so I asked them like I thought it was market?

It's a decent place to live in my opinion, there r far worst that I've seen n Ms. Najah is a super property manager, professional and readily available to assist.(so sorry she left). The inspections r now becoming ridiculous and seems to border more on invasion of privacy n spying or even a prison search of ur cell. They must remember this is our home that we're paying our hard earned money 💰 for , they can't just keep intruding like that n the inspections make no sense. I see a court date for their invasion, tenants must av provisions by law?.. I've seen where they r planning to raise rent by 50% but have they thought about our wages which haven't increased in years?, even though food, gas, insurance, school, n every thing else is at an all time high.. We can't even access the supposed gy

I’ve been living at Abbington Perimeter for almost 2 years now. I love it here! Its extremely quite. Very clean! The leasing manager mrs Harris is always polite, any time I need anything fixed she gets back to me immediately! You can always reach her via telephone or email! Mrs Harris is always patient, and professional! Always smiling! Nicole, Beverly, Teresa are awesome too! Even the Maintenance guy does a great job always prompt! My only suggestion is that the gym opens back up we really need it! Ps Yes we have a few unorthodox rules here however, that’s something they tell you before you move in.

Building 200 always smells like marijuana and cigarettes, yet this is supposed to be a smoke free community.Residents in the 200 building with pets don’t clean up behind let , yet this is supposed to be a pet free community. The teenage kids gave no respect for their elders or there apartment space. The exit gates have been broken for months allowing people to come in and out doing what they want. Vehicle break ins are at a high. We loved the old property management because they use to ride through the apartments before and after their shift, one of the old property managers use to even ride on weekends to see what was going on in the apartments to find ways to fix the problems or get rid of problem residents. Now they have been through several maintenance personnel but only one of them we

I don’t reside at this property but I did apply. They ask you for birth certificates, 8 stubs, ssc, and they do background and credit checks. I was supposed to pass all of it and they ended up denying me. Never in my life have I ever been asked for my birth certificate. Be aware and protect your identity
