Let me first start off by saying I did not think I would be writing a good review when I first applied for an apartment with Ira. communication was very bad. I did not get approved for the apartment but it took him close to two weeks to tell me. I was devistated. When we finally came back for a deposit he had us look at one more apt. We decided to apply for that apartment. We got approved and sighned the lease the next day. There were many problems with the apartment from the beginning. Ira made sure they were fixed. The apartment Im currently living in is two times bigger than the apt I got denied for. There were some bumps in the road but overall im very happy. There are some things to be aware of if you do want to work with this real estate company. Be aware you are not the only person

I was having the most stressful experience trying to find an apartment, until I came across a listing By Ira. When I reached out to him he was fast and responsive right away - I saw the apartment, about a week it took to find out if we got approved. Eli was also a great help, he really pushed for us to get into this apartment that we just absolutely loved. Over all happy with my experience and I would definitely use them again in the future if looking to move again.

Eli and Ira showed me apartments and were very difficult the whole time frequently asking why I couldn’t trust them, or why I wanted so many things when I wasn’t even going to be paying over 2k.(things like cabinet doors that were properly attached). I signed a lease and was assured many times that everything would be ready by move in day. On move in day, the bathroom wasn’t finished, there was trash in the apartment, it was dirty and I didn’t have the right keys. Within the first week I have had to have the kitchen cabinet shelves replaced because they were covered in white print and they fell as soon as I placed anything on them, and have smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed in the apartment. I would encourage people to never work with them as they are incredibly deceitful.

Eli was by far one of the best brokers I've worked with in my time here in New York. He delivers exactly what you want, at the price you want it. I'd been seeing apartments upwards of a month and Eli was able to deliver an amazing space with all of the amenities I was looking for and a balcony space to boot at a very reasonable price. I'd still be looking today had it not been for Eli. He spent the time to feel out what I wanted took me to multiple listings that I had requested to see and that I hadn't even seen. Eli was patient, straight to the point, transparent and helpful throughout this entire experience!

Just moved into a new place in May. After seeing the apartment, I gave 2 deposits for myself and my partner. There were some unexpected things that came up, but once we signed the lease, we got the keys. The apartment needed a deep scrub-down on move in date and still needs some minor repairs in the bathroom. The super is supposed to come by today to set things up. Overall, I’m happy as the apartment is close to the park and train station, near a lot of grocery stores, and was at a decent price. My partner hasn’t seen the place yet, due to social isolation :/ The process with the agents were straight-forward & they got to us within the day, if we had questions. I will keep things updated depending how things go with the super and repairs.
