Told there's smoking in apartment and without proof then informed that we had the weekend to forefit the apartment or be evicted. to which we left a letter and keys, because we didn't like being threatened and they moved us in with no air-conditioning with two people with disabilities and breathing issues and didn't fix things in a timely manner . So with some of us becoming homeless and them taking the security deposit along with extra funds from elderly mother's debit card without any discussion or paperwork. We then learn that they're giving bad reference even though we always paid rent,and caused no problems other than we had left some belongings behind due to only receiving 2 days to forefit property. They'll be hearing from lawyer soon i hope to learn if the bad reference is an evict

Hands down the BEST property management company I've ever worked with! They're absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, they've been super responsive, professional, and genuinely care about their clients and properties. Communication is top-notch, maintenance gets handled swiftly! Plus, they're super transparent about everything. Can't recommend them enough!

Apartments aren't bad but definitely not worth the price you pay now a days. I lived in 210 on W. Green st for 2 years. When I moved in they hadn't fixed up the place from the previous tenants so we got cheaper rent. When I went to leave, I broke my lease early as I lost my job. I turned in my 30 day notice and still paid an extra months worth of rent that was required. I cleaned up the apartment even more than how they left it for me. The only thing was markers in one spot on the floor from my kids 2 weeks before we left. I was told they were replacing the carpets anyway so I cleaned it as best I could, but didn't come out. I got an email today saying the owner was not sending my deposit back as I broke the lease and left the marker spot. I called and told Triple A that it does not cost $

I have been a renter from AAA Property Management Company, LLC for 8 years, 4 different locations, the team of professionals have always been dedicated to my needs / preferences. I remember an experience when I moved into a new construction property, the construction crew ran later than expected, was unable to get cleaned prior to my movers arriving. Dena and her team of professionals all came to the location, walking in with cleaning items at 3pm and stayed until 1am cleaning, assisting with setting things up to make the move a smooth transition. I felt this was above and beyond the call of a landlord/ property management company in my opinion. So, in conclusion I can say that if you are lucky enough to have an experience with this management company, you won't be disappointed in the serv

I'm a new tenet leasing with AAA Property Management. An it has by far been the most easy going property management company I've rented a residence from, I have zero regrets with choosing them. My job's policy required I live in near proximity (Clinton). AAA was very accommodating at getting me into a rental property by my date of choice and was fast with maintenance request. I appreciate all the hardwork from the ladies at AAA that assisted me into getting me into my new home. The variety of rental property to choose from is also a nice thing.
