AA Management

Run Away Quickly! This is the worst managment ever and they refuse to fix things. The workmen are nice but these are not the "fix it" decision makers. This is a review of 1056 Commonwealth Ave. Boston MA 02215 1. Reported no heat during exam week, December 2023. Heat was not working for 3.5 WEEKS. Managment took advantage of the students holiday to save some money & ignore the problem. Check the housing violations of the building and you will see reports to back this up. 2. Units have rodents, plan on handling the problem yourself. 3. The washing machines were broken for YEARS and the managment never did anything about it exept tell people to go to a laundromat and that the problem is due to tenant misuse. Quite literally the most unhelpful management team. This apartment has had an expired and scary elevator the entire year, the floors within the apartment are warped, the kitchen appliances are outdated, and the washers and dryers will ruin your clothes. Highly do not recommend.

The most disrespectful, and untrustworthy management team. They do little to nothing for their tenants- we had a rat in our apartment that we ended up needing to catch ourselves after multiple complaints to AA Management. The apartments are poorly kept and borderline unlivable. Don't waste your money here.
