Kim, the property manager is very responsive. We had our AC go out during a heat wave and she was able to get someone out the next day.
Im only going by storys of two renters I know who rent houses that this fine company manage. These are horror storie about this company not doing maintenance and charging the tenants for maintenance fees, which they aren't even responsible for.Then the management company never sends anybody to take care of the maintenance. Also the contact person a lady is so rude that the tenants are afraid to talk to her.
I have been a long time tenant of Kim, years and years. Not only are my needs met, but Kim is incredibly sweet!
Kim provides the best management. I love renting from her. She is great 👍
My family rented from A1 best rentals for a little over 2 years. We made a connection with Kim and when a home became available that fit our needs and budget she called us for a tour. We loved it. Any issue she took care of practically instantly. When it came to moving she was excited for us and did all she could to make the transition easy. ALSO we got our whole deposit back!!! It was a wonderful property. Amazing experience renting through her. Best landlord ever
