Dwight conducted the inspection at a home we are considering for purchase. He spent over 4 hours inspecting the property and was extremely thorough. We accompanied him for most of the inspection and he answered all of our inquiries or concerns with a detailed explanation. His 59-page inspection report provided detailed documentation of all issues, accompanied by photos and, in most cases, an estimate of repair costs. This will be invaluable for us in estimating both short and long-term costs as well as serving as a potential basis for negotiating the purchase price or purchase preconditions. The cost of the inspection was the lowest of the four inspection companies we compared. House on a Rock has my highest recommendation for home inspection services.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment, choose options for the inspection and prepay electronically. Jacie sent timely reminders of our appointment and Joe, the inspector met us at the property on time. He explained the process and was really thorough! Upon completion, Joe took the time to review his findings and pointed out urgent repairs that were needed. Jacie emailed the inspector report s couple of hours later. It was easy to read and color coded according to urgency and whether the findings were structural or aesthetic. Would highly recommend House on a Rock for all of your property inspections!!!

Extremely impressed with our inspection, the inspector, the DETAILED/THROUGH report and all around service! Communication was on point.
