A Closer Look Home Inspection

I was a first-time home buyer and hired Tom on a referral. I am so glad I did! Tom not only did an extremely thorough inspection but he patiently explained everything contained within his report and delivered it the same day as the inspection. He went above and beyond by giving me advice and referrals when requested. I doubt I'll be buying another home soon, but if Tom is still in the business when I do I'll be asking him to do my inspection again. I have complete confidence in his inspection acumen, and was impressed by his vast knowledge of every aspect of such.
