AC Wood completed front and back porch replacement for the building. There was always a very open line of communication throughout the project. Billy always replied to any questions asked over text within minutes. Certain parts of this project posed logistical challenges, which everyone at AC Wood accommodated for smoothly. The building was able to remain open for regular operations through out the project, thanks to Adam, Tim, and Billy being open to doing one porch at a time even though that doubled the length of time on site. My review is a little late but everyone needs to know the great organization that ACW is. The 4 unit building that I am in, is on a ski mountain. It is 21 years old and what started as a trim touch up by a contractor, ended up as a disaster and that contractor was fired. My group reached out to ACW and after the first of several walk arounds, it was obvious to all that they had lots of experience and knew what they were doing. Impossible to know what the condition is behind siding but their inspection was pretty accurate. The 4 corners under the poorly installed decks, were rotted and needed to be replaced up to the interior walls.
