9Ten North by Trion Living

The maintenance service in this building has been very good. Whenever small issues have come up in my apartment, they have been addressed quickly and professionally. I especially appreciate the help fixing the connection issue I had in my kitchen. In particular, I would like to thank Zach for being very kind, professional, and always willing to help solve any problems that arise. His support and dedication are truly appreciated.

I moved into 9 Ten North almost a year ago and I have experienced the warmth and kindest of the Property Manager Megan who is always smiling and eager to help her residents. I have encountered Zach the Maintenance Manager and he is quick to resolve any issues that you may have. I have lived in many different apartments and I can honestly say that none of the Management has been as lovely as these 2 are.

I really appreciate the Megan and Zach team! I have lived here 4+ years and have had many Property managers and maintenance people. Trion is the best Management company with Megan the best Property Manager and Zach the best Maintenance Manager by far!!!! ❤️

This place is actually pretty nice, however they should never have taken the hot tub out of the pool area.. that was INCREDIBLY disappointing to see when I got here... I mean what a let down... I was really looking forward to having that opportunity available here.... But otherwise it's nice I like it a lot other than that.

I have absolutely loved my time living here. The year round pool and the fireplace were big draws. Megan has been incredibly professional and kind, and Zach is awesome. It's a spacious apartment with a lot of amenities without breaking the bank.
