Even though it is in the middle of Little Mexico and Drug Central the apartment complex itself is very nice. People mind their business and go about their day. There's never anything going on bad in area. Every Thursday they come out and give out meals to people and free small item stuff like groceries, hygiene items and clothing. People in the office are very friendly, very nice and helpful. Maintenances is always around and very helpful.
Lots of upgrading needed there. Visited my relative there. Always problems getting things done/ fixed there.
You can't have visitors, though you can pay to live there and explore the establishment.
You're not allowed to have visitors not even family members. Horrible wish I could give it no stars.
Didn't go in , looking from the outside, looks great.
