Alex is the very best. He is so incredibly helpful and efficient. Every time he’s come to fix something in our apartment he’s gone above and beyond by fixing additional issues he notices without being asked. Very grateful to have such a kind individual as our maintenance man.

Alex on the maintenance team is fantastic. He’s prompt with maintenance requests and friendly & professional while working. I’ve also had a great experience with the leasing office staff. Great location & wonderful neighbors.

I really don’t like to leave negative reviews, but at this point I feel obligated to warn other people about RedPeak. We moved in at the beginning of July and immediately noticed and reported a foul smell coming from underneath and in our sink. About a week in there was then an incident where greywater from the whole building began to fill our sink and flood below the sink. To their credit, emergency maintenance showed up right away to resolve the flooding issue. However, it gave us a lot of insight into the possible cause of the smell in our sink and worsened it. At this point the smell was impacting the whole kitchen and dining room and even the living room and candles did very little to cover it up (not to mention the sanitary concerns). I will not be renewing my lease, and I strongly advise others to avoid this property. Let me start with the few positives: the complex itself has charm, and it’s located in a quaint, walkable neighborhood. However, that superficial charm quickly fades once you experience the many unresolved issues that make living here incredibly frustrating, and at times unsafe. Misleading Air Conditioning: The units are advertised/you see upon touring as having AC, but this is highly misleading. The built-in wall units do not work, and management is well aware of this. The issue has persisted for over a year ( you will notice other reviews from last year where people did not have AC) with no meaningful resolution. Instead, they provide tenants with low-quality portable AC units that do little to cool e
