930 NoMo

I’ve lived at 930 Nomo for two years now, and we’ve had many ups and down. I will say I’m very pleased with the new management team. They seem to genuinely care, want to make improvements, and take suggestions. I also want to express how amazing the maintenance team has been. It’s been mainly the same people in the two years I’ve lived there. They are always so fast and helpful when we put in maintenance requests. Again, Nomo has had ups and downs, but overall I’ve had a positive experience living there. I also really took for granted the parking. It’s really nice to have the option of the garage and the lot, and also have room for visitors. My favorite amenity is probably the pool deck. I’ve never not been able to find a chair and the pool is maintained really well.

930 NoMo is hands down one of the best places I’ve lived in Charleston. The building is modern, clean, and actually feels thoughtfully designed. The amenities are top tier and everything is super well-maintained. The location is unbeatable. Walkable to so much in NoMo and downtown, but still feels tucked away enough to be peaceful. Management and staff are responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which honestly makes such a difference. If you’re looking for a place that feels elevated, comfortable, and worth the price, 930 NoMo is absolutely it. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Okay so I have lived here a little over 3 years now... nomo has a bad reputation from previous management and incidents that have happened over the years HOWEVER.... The new management that has came in the past month has been phenomenal! They are the most professional I have seen since I have lived here. It is fully staffed, security is fully secure, all aspects of the building that has been a persistent issue before are now getting fixed! I have never felt more safer and excited about the new changes! The price and location is the BEST for downtown. and once again, the management makes or breaks the place. Matthew in particular is my absolute favorite- I had an issue with my car that he had to speak to the fire marshal about and he got it resolved for me in under a WEEK! That has been unh

My experience at nomo has been fairly decent. I know others have had issues, but my unit has been in good condition with only a few minor maintenance needs. Overall, it’s been a very comfortable place to live.

930 Nomo is a modern apartment community with a nice atmosphere and well-maintained common areas. The amenities are solid, and the overall environment feels comfortable and convenient. A good option if you’re looking for a clean, contemporary place to live.
