Extremely unprofessional start by office management but things have settled and improved slightly after leaving my initial review. I really like the maintenance man Mikey however. It’s definitely not a very updated place and things break quite often but maintenance does well in trying to keep everything nice. The workout center is pretty small and dirty but the pool is nice. Overall okay for the price of rent.

Makes me sad seeing a few low reviews so I figured I would share our experience here. We love the apartments, the maintenance, and the office ladies. I will say maintenance used take a while to get to you BUT they are trying to get things in order from the previous maintenance, recently I have noticed them getting to us a lot faster. They’ve hired 3 new guys since we moved in 2 years ago and ever since, in my opinion, it has been great. For the apartment itself, I love it the only thing I wished was the AC worked a bit better. After expressing my concerns to the staff they were quick enough to get us a window unit and it feels 10x better during the summer overall. The price for what you get in this place is worth it. Hardwood floors, decent sized bedrooms, a garage WITH a little driveway

93 Twenty Apartments is a great place to live! The apartments are well-maintained, and the community is friendly and welcoming. The management is responsive and always ready to help with any issues. Obnoxious front desk worker lied that the complex offered no tours of any kind, despite their being prominently offered on the property website. This was after she took a long, complaining personal phone call. I can't imagine she's any more professional for the unfortunates who live there.

My experience with the office staff is hands down the best experience of my life, Carissa is a great Property Manager, And The Leasing Agent named Mattie is the absolute best at her job, Very professional and accommodating to the needs of current and future residents, The maintenance staff is top notch, A very clean property. Well maintained I would highly recommend that the full staff receive proper gratitude for their hard work. 5 star staff.
