Highly Recommend! Our time at 909 Flats was great, and we highly recommend it, especially for the excellent location and amenities. The Best Features: * Location: This is a walker's paradise! Being across the street from the Farmers Market and within walking distance of three grocery stores, several restaurants, and downtown made daily life incredibly convenient. * Amenities & Space: Our two-bedroom unit was spacious, and the inclusion of in-unit washer/dryers and quality appliances was a huge plus. We definitely utilized the indoor garage parking, pool, and the fantastic business center with the all-in-one coffee machine. The party room with city views is perfect for entertaining. * Maintenance: Any requests we had were handled quickly and efficiently by the maintenance team. Unit D

I recently toured Red Oak Flats and absolutely loved the property! Everything was clean, well-kept, and exactly what I’ve been looking for. The leasing agents in the office were spectacular — super friendly, helpful, and made the whole tour experience easy and enjoyable. I can’t wait to lease with them!

I stopped in for a tour and was greeted by Breeze, who immediately made me feel welcome. From the start, she was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through every part of the facility, explaining everything clearly and answering all of my questions without rushing. Her friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help made a lasting impression. Breeze truly went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed to make a confident decision. 10/10 experience – if you're considering a visit, ask for Breeze!

Very happy with my experience here at 909 Flats. The staff has always been so helpful for any issue I have. The turn around for the issues I present is very quick. Complex is always well maintained and taken care of. Super clean, no issues with anything on the grounds. This place has a little bit that sets it apart. The staff - Everyone has been nothing short of professional to me. I try to interact with them a lot to keep a nice relationship with the complex and they make it very easy to have that. The parking garage - Hotel style with a pull up to the lobby and 6 levels to park on. The Hub - nice place to work on your laptop or watch TV, board games to play, 3 computers to work on if you don't have a pc. 1 printer to use. Recording Studio - Nice room to play so you don't bothe

I wish i could rate TEN stars! I have lived in 4 different apartments in Nashville, and this is the best place I have lived so far. The office staff is SUPER friendly, sincere, and the most helpful I have ever had. I am loving the new paint job on the building and the new pool furniture. Maintenance is super prompt, and the events at the complex are super fun. It is a quiet building for an apartment complex, just the normal noises from having neighbors. I never leave reviews, but this complex is a hidden gem for downtown Nashville.
