I see nothing but good reviews on this company! I've been in Florida for 2.5 years and i been with the same company for 2.5 years! In the years I've been here I've been late on rent twice. My income is good and at least 3x the rent. I have a lot in collections I am working on, and My Husband and I have a business as well. We are looking to getting a bigger home due to my dad being sick with stage 4 cancer. We just need a 4bedroom in a safe environment can someone please help! We don't have perfect credit, but we are working on it as we speak. We do have good income.

I applied for a home and received a call back saying nothing was wrong with the application and that we could rent the home. I offered the deposit the same day I received the call but the owner refused and insisted that I still needed to tour the home. I told him what day I would be there and where I was moving from which was 13hours away. I called several times on my way to Florida but never received a call back. It wasn’t until the day after my arrival and reaching out to the owner only for him to say he rented out the home to someone else. After he reached out to me and said we were approved for the home
