I’ve been living at 900 Winston with my uncle for a while now, and I can honestly say this is one of the best apartment communities we’ve ever called home. The entire staff here truly goes above and beyond for residents from management to maintenance, everyone works hard to keep the community safe, clean, and welcoming. Ms. Trishawna has had such a positive impact since we moved in. She genuinely cares about the residents and always makes sure everyone feels supported. Management also does a fantastic job organizing fun family events that bring the community together, and they consistently share helpful resources for assistance and healthcare needs, which shows how much they care about the well-being of everyone here. It was such a great pleasure working with the Management Team at 900 Winston Apartments. They were very helpful throughout the entire process. I was very impress with the one-on- one assistance provided. Management was very prompt upon returning emails & phone calls and very clear upon questions and answers provided. The neighbors are friendly, and it's a quiet, welcoming environment. My mom has been a resident since the apartments opened and we’ve seen 3 or 4 managers come and go. This manager truly stands out and has done a a great job getting things in order - we had a issue with the ac unit since move-in and Miss Tee is the only one who truly listened to our concerns and fixed the root of the issue. Thank you for all you do!

900 Winston is a great place to live. I love the spacious floor plan that I have and the hallway is always clean and welcoming as guests arrive to visit. I am not bothered by noise and I think the insulation on the walls keeps my unit quiet. My utility bills are affordable and I think this must be due to high efficiency equipment. Management and maintenance respond in a timely manner. I'm so happy at 900 Winston.

Residents let their dogs poop all over the place, including neighboring properties, and don’t clean it up. They leave it there for you and your kids to step in. Totally disgusting and management does not care at all. Management is actually just as disgusting as the dog owners.
