What do I like about living here? What's not to like?! The folks are friendly stay in their own lanes for the most part. The buildings are nice (the grounds included) and well maintained!!! On reflection, I'd have to say that I LOVE most about living here is knowing that we residents are blessed with two professional, task and people-oriented maintenance personnel. Chief Greg and Mr. Marcus report for duty , and ready to work! They are self-motivated (a rarity these days) They get the job done, all the while being considerate of residents' sensibilities and disabilities. And very helpful! Recently, I became quite sick, so the maintenance personally parked my car as requested, which is not in their job description, and prevented any accident, and prevented my car from being toated. Greg is very knowledgeable! I just called the office approximately 30 minutes ago regarding the ac unit. It was 80 degrees inside and not providing cool air. Greg responded immediately, ran some diagnostics on the system and began the repair. In less than 5 minutes my unit was back running in normal operation, providing cool air! Greg is a valuable employee at Beco and I am very grateful that he is here to the care of my maintenance needs and other residents as well! This guy is superhuman!

High rent increases, 13 y.o. old low efficient appliances, peeling laminate counter tops, & worn cabinets. But, the building and common areas are well maintained, lots of activities, and location is convenient if you can deal with noisy traffic and sirens. Indoor mailbox and trash shoot a plus.

I have lived in 4 Senior Independent Living Apartments. 900 Acqua tops them all!! I'm extremely happy here which makes me and my family less stressed and pleased.

Their attitude tword their work is the best I have ever seen. Everyone that works here are phenomenal. Julie is ready to make it happen as soon as she hears about any problem.
