89 East

I wish I could put into words what living at 89 east apartments has done to me and my life. It has destroyed EVERYTHING you can imagine in a person. I've been cheated, decieved, stolen from, harassed, been intruded, list goes on and on. Last year roughly around August 2024, 89 east filed against me in court,Tulsa County, when I was paid ahead by months on my rent and they filed on me for non payment.I went to court against the manager and assistant manager and even took it to trial with legal aide as my counsel and we were winning. I had all proof I needed all receipts cancelled checks ECT in court and the suddenly dismissed the case before any ruling which I'm sure would've definitely been in my favor as they displayed incompetence regarding their jobs and were lying about things to cover

Very Unprofessional on initial visit to inquire about possible becoming a resident. I visit today on this beautiful Saturday to find a sign on the door stating they were closed with an 8:30 revisit time. Which was is not the Saturday hours (I looked up information before visiting). I reading the signs on the door to find a email, or alternate way of contacting someone… When all of a sudden the door swings open, and an angry woman opens it and rudely walks quickly away a back to her desk. I’m lost at how to proceed. She sits in her seat and says nothing ….I started to begin asking question realities to apply - but it seems she was clearly having a horrible day - at work. There has truly been a change for the better at 89 East Apartment. There was a crisis es of management it was constantly changing. The current management inherited a lot of challenges. They brought in a new maintenance crew, listen to complaints and started resolving issues. It's easy to complain , but very rarely do you see a group that doesn't deflect, just started resolving problems.

The people In the office are mean as ever they care they over talk you and use mean voices when they speak to you. We have roaches, real bad where you can't leave food out.They get in your ice box, your stove, your microwave, everywhere, department constantly floods and leaks, and they don't repair anything, it's mold, real bad.The AC only works and half the apartment.They refuse to listen to moving to do anything as a health hazard

I want to take this time out to say thank you to Melissa and her crew . I have noticed a lot of mismanagement before they started, now I'm seeing a lot of good things happening, for this community. When I first moved here this place was a lot different, and it seems to be getting back to the way . This shows me that we have a great group of people, from management and everybody in between. I know with time this place will be working like a fine oil machine 😁💪🏽💐. HMR
