From the outside, the place looks beautiful, but the real problem is the management you’ll have to deal with throughout your lease. Their customer service is extremely poor, and they are difficult to work with. Please be very careful, they are not friendly, they do not communicate well, and they can easily mislead you if you’re not paying close attention. Make sure to read everything thoroughly before signing, because they will try to add extra charges and unexpected conditions.

Highly Don’t Recommend. Two years living here, in two different units, same mold problem, same lack of accountability. Things went from bad to worse after the management change (3 different property managers in two years) Communication disappeared, promises meant nothing, and residents were left guessing. The property looks nice on the outside, but what’s behind the walls and text messages tells a very different story. It was incredibly disheartening the way things went down because of management and I will never rent with CMC again. If you value honesty, consistency, and respectful communication, I would think twice before moving here. They only care about money.

Terrible management. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Great new construction and nice location. We had to request some maintenance work and they sent someone right away and he was quite good. I am glad that i chose this community.
