NEVER MOVE !! I lived there for 1 year. The apartment is very old, and the sounds coming from the parquet floors when people walk are annoying. You can never sleep and never have a peaceful day and night. I went away from home most of the time because I couldn't stand those noises. Quiet hours are never mandatory, at night your upstairs neighbor vacuums the home for 30 minutes, it's noisy until the morning, when you tell this to the office, the office workers never care and call you the apartment is old. and insects inside the apartment, insects coming out from under the parquet floors, and dust coming from the ceiling, your bed and your food. Juana has been taking care of the building for all the years I’ve been there (since 2021). Her work keeps her busy, but she always has a moment to say hello. She does a great job keeping things clean and tidy. I appreciate how much she does for our community

This apartment was a pretty good deal for the square footage, lots of closet space which was nice, as well as a nice lil gym included. However, there are bug issues (at least for the ground floor), they sometimes need several reminders to take care of maintenance requests, will enter your apartment with no warning, and the pool in the community is constantly getting shut down. We would have stayed here except for the very loud construction occurring directly across the street that will not be complete until 09/24. I would caution anyone who enjoys peace and quiet from living here until that finishes.

Got a chance to meet Juana For the first time a couple weeks ago. Super sweet super nice and super kind. Thanks for what you do. The upkeep of this place is great because of you.
