Luxury price but really horrible unprofessional service and people who are really bad at their job working at the management office (I say that because they lost my rent check! lol! And gave me a hard time and accused me of not paying!) Forget professionalism, they don’t have common courtesy. They shut off my power the day I was moving in. They didn’t notify me in advance. I mean give me one day to switch my account over! It was cold, dark and rainy, I was moving in with no lights. I knew right then that I made a huge mistake and I would never renew my lease. I thought because they called themselves a luxury apartment building, there would be a person who would be sharing the necessary information and giving me the keys etc. but that was not the case. I had seen the review stating that the studio units were small. So wasn't sure what to expect. I went in for a viewing in May and saw different units, including studio, one and two bedrooms. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, with in-unit washer/dryers and options for private balconies or terraces, even in some studio layouts. The building's rooftop offers stunning views of the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty. You will love the proximity to Greenwood Park with it's summer greenery and fall foliage. Overall, a great pick if you are looking for a beautiful new apartment in this part of Brooklyn.

This building is great we moved in a couple month ago and the maintenance crew and super are very attentive and resolve maintenance ticket in a timely manner. The appliances are modern and new. This place is a new constructed building complex so it’s a great way for those looking to be the first ones to live in a brand new unit. It is also conveniently located 3 minutes walking from 36th station - which you can take the express D/N subway for a 2 stop ride into Manhattan.

Well maintained building with responsive management. Gym has all the basics and a nice lounge. The rooftop is nicely furnished with stunning views.
