I’ve enjoyed my time here at 8700 Broadway! Perla and Alberto have taken care of management issues with Grace and ease. And the maintenance crew are also very cheerful and supportive of the whole community. It’s been a nice place for this traveler to land and stay a spell ✨

I just wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience. The maintenance team and the office staff have been incredibly attentive and kind. Everyone goes out of their way to ensure everything is taken care of promptly and with a smile. The property is well-maintained, and the parking situation is excellent. It's clear that they truly care about providing a great living experience. highly recommend

I’ve been here 4+ years not gonna lie maintenance can be kinda shotty but these in my opinion are the best apts on Broadway. Alberto in the office is patient understanding and goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are heard and taken care of in a timely manner. His patience goes a long way my memories terrible and he had to explain stuff a few times but never made me feel bad or stupid asking again. Give this man a raise he deserves it.

I enjoy living here, it's quiet and the landscaping is always cared for and neat. I've decided to renew my lease for a 2nd year. Maintenance is on point with repairs the same day depending on the load they definitely will get to you the following day. The office pest control is consistency on Mondays by request if you have any bugs. The manager and associates in the office are very nice and respectful. If you're looking for a nice and quiet place to call home 8700 Broadway Apartments is the place for you.🤗

Great place to live! The leasing office is always helpful and ready to assist. A big thanks to Alberto for making the move-in process quick and smooth. Zayra and the manager, Perla, have also been incredibly attentive in all my requests. The property has improved over the years and continues to get even better. Highly recommend!
