825 Dahlia

I love living here!! The views are gorgeous, I’m in walking distance to my job, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, movie theater, shops, vet clinic, even the hospital! Everything you could possibly need. There is a pool open during summertime (though I do wish we had a hot tub too!) and an elevator, gym, and espresso machine in the lobby. No in room washer/dryers, but I don’t mind taking the elevator to the shared laundry in the basement. The area is very nice, occasional sketchy goings on, but that’s anywhere in a city. I consider this area to be quite calm and safe. I feel safe walking at night. Anytime I have requested maintenance, they have come promptly and fixed the issue to the best of their ability. Any concerns have been answered right away. I have little to no compl

Antonio and kiko are the best maintenance guys around!! I was able to get them to come and fix my stuff within the next 24 hours and it feels really good to have someone come by and get things done quickly and efficiently. Also my dogs love them!! Very good guys! I also want to praise Juana, our house keeper. I am up every morning at five to leave for work and She is always downstairs to greet me while she is cleaning and making our lobby smell so fresh! Thank you Juana for taking such good care of us!

My name is actually Doug and I live in 825. Juana, Caleb, and the entire apartment care crew are just fantastic! Love hearing Juana’s voice in the morning. Caleb was so freakin’ cool. And I can’t remember the other gentlemen’s names (please don’t hate me for that) but all wonderful people. I used to live on 880 Dexter for a time so seeing some of the original people like Juana is always a refresher.

Best part of my morning is saying good morning and chatting with Juana. So friendly and does an amazing job cleaning up the common area that is often treated poorly by some of the residents here. She’s always in a great mood despite that.
