I absolutely love living in this apartment complex! The apartments themselves are beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly attentive and responsive to any needs or concerns. The pool area is stunning and always kept clean. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Special shoutout to Mariam in the leasing office - she's always so friendly and helpful. This is the current state of my unit’s surroundings and honestly, I think this property is too big for management to handle. Some residents are extremely unclean, adding to the overall mess. Meanwhile, I was charged $75 for forgetting a single empty box on my balcony. My balcony has nothing else on it, just that small box and I was told only “decorations” are allowed. What harm could a box possibly do? What’s even more frustrating is stepping outside and seeing stray cats being fed and entertained by residents. The food left in front of doors is practically an invitation for roaches. I’ve emailed management multiple times about the poor condition of the common areas, but nothing has been done
