801 Polaris

If you’re new to the US like I am, 801 Polaris is the perfect place for you. I was out of the country while searching for an apartment near my office, and I’m so glad I found 801 Polaris. The leasing process was hassle-free, and both Taelynn and Trevor were incredibly helpful during my application. They answered all my inquiries clearly and promptly. It’s been almost a month since I moved in, and I have no regrets choosing this place. My apartment is just a 10-minute walk from my office, the unit itself is beautiful, and the amenities—like the pool and gym—are a huge bonus. So if you’re new to the US or just moved to the Polaris area, this might be the perfect place for you too!

I had an amazing experience living here! The community is safe, welcoming, and I truly feel at home. A special thank you to Taelynn and Trevor from the office; they are always so kind, helpful, and attentive. I am very grateful for my time here and would definitely recommend this place.

A girlfriend of mine lives here and I'll tell you that this is one of the most poorly and incompetently ran apartment complex ever and I'll tell you why. I posted pictures and this is what you'll see. The construction never ends. It's been this way for over 3 years. What you'll see on a constant basis is perpetual construction, dumpsters, trash, dog poop and muddy lawns. The internal construction is awful. The door frames are crooked so your doors will not shut correctly. If you complain to the leasing office they give you an excuse that oh, there's new management now or oh, there's a new construction company so things should be all fixed soon. That was a year ago. This place is a massive eye sore and they have the audacity to charge their tenants full market price to live in a b

The apartment itself is nice. Layout is typical in my unit but nice enough for two. The management team has been very easy to work with and the maintenance team has been very responsive. The hall area however is painted a dark grey and has minimal lighting. New carpet is nice but a lighter color on the walls would make this more appealing. Landscaping outside is nice but courtyard is often (like now) overrun by weeds. I agree with previous comments about entryways not locking (all internal doors need windows so you don’t get nailed as I have); or being kicked in and the secure garage gates being nonfunctional. I’ve lived here over 2 years and have suggested a gate system like the one we had in Chicago. Pavement has been a mess and there is an extreme lack of visitor parking. Walls are thin
