This place is a great place to live! The location is prime, near Nolana & McColl. The neighborhood is family friendly and the apartments here are very big! I like that it comes with all the appliances including the washer and dryer!

Really happy with 801 Apartment Homes! The 2 bed, 2 bath layout is super roomy, and I love having tile floors, a washer/dryer, and central A/C. The area feels safe and quiet, and the BBQ spot and private parking are a nice bonus. It’s a great find if you’re looking for a place in McAllen!

Great place, great location, great neighborhood. There is a great spot for BBQ and gatherings. Unit comes with appliances and landlord resolves any issues quick. Spacious unit with high ceilings.

Been living at 801 Apartment Homes for a bit now and it’s been great!💕💗 The place is clean, spacious, and has everything I need—washer/dryer, high ceilings, and even a little patio. 🙌🏽The neighborhood’s chill and feels safe. Rent prices are great considering everything it includes, which is a pretty good deal for McAllen. Definitely worth checking out if you're apartment hunting!🎉

I love this area so much! The management team was amazing, and maintenance is very responsive. I had a few questions during my stay, and they answered them right away, which made everything so much easier. Plus, the property was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place to call home.
