800 Tower Apartments

I’ve been a resident here for 15 years. I love the atmosphere and all the amenities have allowed me to entertain friends and family. Everything you need, this property provides. From the gym, sky club, and rooftops area. I’ve had the opportunity to host fundraisers, dinners, and social events in the building as well. I’ve truly appreciated/enjoyed my stay here and the wonderful staff Including Brooklyn, Ana, Chris, Michael, Karen, and the maintenance team! 800 Tower makes me feel welcome and secure. I had an issue with the previous property manager. He could never fix anything, but since Susan started, this place has become amazing! The maintenance team came to my apartment and fixed all the issues and were super friendly and helpful. I’m extremely satisfied with the direction things are going. This proves great leadership determines the success of any place of business. Great job!

Michael was amazing! I love the property. He was a amazing leasing agent, very polite and more than willing to show everything the building has to offer. He made me feel at home before moving in. Not to mention the security guard Josh made me feel safe! This in my opinion is a 5 Star, A+++

Some people can walk in and the guards will ask do you need to go up and the guard will use a key fob and let that person on the elevator. Yet, I was standing with my guest and he was forced to sign in. Make it make sense. Cool. 2/17/25 Guard and concierge talking improper about women in the building while at the desk between 6 pm and 7p.m...not the first time I've heard this with my own ears. Oops my phone was recording also.

Brooklyn our tour guide did an excellent job at answering all of our questions and concerns and was very patient and kind during our tour today! Based off our experience with him today we will definitely be putting in an application and hopefully become future residents here at 800 tower :)
