very bad building. management is slow to respond, rent keeps going up, no doorman, packages left everywhere and missing most of time

Lived here for a year and it was the most expensive mistake my bf and I made. This is not a luxury building. Management is terrible. Package theft left and right. Took them almost a year to build a door to protect the mail room. Strangers coming in and out, throwing chipotle down at tenants from the roof. Police cars lining the front of the street every other week to break up the fights in the park across. And the worst part - the entire building just screams poorly built. OUR ENTIRE FLOOR FLOODED. There were terribly loud construction noises for weeks to rectify the damages caused while the management displayed zero empathy and solutions for the tenants affected. Our bathroom had water damage the same week we moved out to top off this hellish experience. We were literally the first ten

They have no doorman and the building is not secure. Several packages of mine were stolen while I lived in this building.

Management is awful. Building was sold and they’re raising everyone’s rents indiscriminately. Major theft issues and illegal activity going on, leading to police activity and arrests, stay FAR away!

Awful management. Someone is smoking cigarettes inside the building and it goes into all the apartments.
