7/S Denver Haus Apartments

Austin, Shay, and Eryn made our move-in process as smooth as possible, and we've loved living here so far :) the facilities are clean and well-maintained, the maintenance process is expedient and thorough, and the cost is very reasonable.

I have lived at 7/S for almost a year, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Chloe and Alicia have been absolutely amazing—they made my move seamless and stress-free, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Their professionalism and kindness truly stand out. I also want to give a big shout-out to Justin from maintenance. He’s always quick to respond to any questions or issues, and he consistently resolves everything with efficiency and skill. He genuinely cares about the residents here. Overall, the team at 7/S has created a fantastic living environment. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home!

Great building, well maintained! Loved living here. My only complaint is that the dog 🐕 area on the tree lawn gets messy - wish that was cleaned more often. It seemed to be getting better though. I also wish the trees facing 7th ave were pruned. The trees on Sherman St seem healthy and nice - no pruning needed!

My partner and I just moved into 7S Denver Haus and the leasing staff have all been fabulous. We had a couple of maintenance issues within the first week and all were dealt with in a timely manner (by Kiara and her supervisor). The gym, rooftop deck/grills are awesome as well.

7S Denver Haus is such an awesome place to live! The neighbors are friendly and we often have monthly events in the common room upstairs. Many of us have become close friends. The RedPeak staff take excellent care of the property and the residents. They really get to know the residents and assist wherever needed. It is always clean and very well maintained throughout the building and outside. Rarely have we had maintenance issues over the last two years of living here, but when we do they are fixed very quickly. Great amenities, mountain views and a very walk-able, dog friendly neighborhood make this apartment building the best place to live. Definitely recommend living here.
