Great place to live! The community is clean, peaceful, and well maintained. Management is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which really makes a difference. I also appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and respectful neighbors. Overall, it truly feels like home, and I would definitely recommend this community to others.

I've lived at these apartments for 3 years, and I've had no problems that the staff in the office weren't happy to fix. Maintenance is very timely and efficient. And the staff in the leasing office are really kind. They have events for the children in the community. I moved into a larger/ newly renovated apartment recently, and I absolutely love it. Plus, the pool stays clean. I love my home.

I'm a current resident and ive spent at least $1500 in storage fees because of there parking policy's. And when my vehicle wasnt being towed I would wake up to my windows smashed out.. twice in one month. Parking lot cameras did not help and neither did the office or police. First chance I get I'm leaving, I do not recommend leasing at 7900 Morley

This property is the worst place I have ever lived. No matter what amount of rent that you pay you should not have to live with mouse infestation. I have complained for the past 8 months. It seems as though they could care less. They called pest control amd only one time did je do anything, and that's because I took off from work. Exterminator said he would tell the managers to close up some opening to keep the pest out. That was never done. I want to move out. I was told today that I have to complete the contract. So the only thing that matters to thus owner is your money, And clearly not your right to live pest free. I will post these facts about this property every week. They locked my apartment and started taking my property. Claiming I abandoned the apartment. When I responded to

we don’t have any dishwashers or laundry rooms and the water bill is high. We had ceiling problems since August 2023, they didnt do anything but come in and just take pictures of the ceiling, its March 2024 and we are breathing MOLD. No service or anything!
