Jennifer Cood here at 777 Tenn is absolutely the best of the best I have ever met. She's not only a kind sweetheart, but super dedicated. She has helped me NUMEROUS times with countless issues I have encountered during my stay, and has always been very patient with me, attentive, knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and super friendly. The apartment complex itself is clean and well-maintained. Neighborhood is also great. No complaints! Would highly recommend, especially if you’re new to the city.

After months of searching, I found something rare at 777 TENN: an apartment that works for me. The spaces are thoughtfully designed with layouts that make daily life easier, not fancier. These spaces feel like extensions of a home rather than showpieces. What really stands out is management that responds when needed. My last maintenance request was handled within a day - a simple thing that shouldn't feel like luxury but somehow does in today's rental market. I had some issues with the security deposit refund when I moved out, but I'll give props to the manager, Jennifer. She came through and sorted everything out quickly and professionally. She listened to my concerns, which I really appreciated. The place itself was solid — clean, well-kept, and in a great spot. I always felt safe and comfortable here. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a spot with a management team that cares.

The geographical location of the building is great as it is near the heart of Dogpatch and close to the Chase Center. The roof top has new furniture which makes for a great hang out space. The bathrooms in the units are spacious and there are ample kitchen cabinets. The windows in the unit let in a lot of great day light and are regularly cleaned on the outside by the building. The garage is well lit and makes it feel very safe. The manager of the building, Jennifer Cood, is easy to get in touch with and extremely fast in responding.
