Do not move here!!! They asked me to give them an application fee and $1000 deposit to hold a until I could get there to see it. Was told would refund if I didn’t like it. The place was in poor condition. Floors were scratched up and broken cabinets. When I declined they would not give me back my deposit. I’m going to take legal action for misleading practices. Filing a charge with the attorney generals office. I’m sure they have done this to many. Do not move in this place. Rude and disrespectful people there. Send your complaint to the AGs office if this has happened to you too.

Update a year later: First the good news. Shaquan is a maintenance wizard. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and cheerful. Dasheem does a fantastic job at keeping this place tidy.They both deserve five stars. The management team on the other hand, is a big disappointment. Poor communication, and unclear directions continue to plague their system. Suddenly being billed for things that were included in the rent when I signed up popped up as I was trying to renew my lease placing this rental as “not worth the price“. I then find out the ridiculous amount of cleaning that is “required“ upon leaving - especially considering the condition I moved into. Very very disappointing. One or no stars for management. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I've lived here for 3-months and I've had multiple issues regarding my apartment not being ready for move in (wasn't cleaned upon moving in, HVAC leak which led to damaged floors, appliance issues, no inspection was made) as well as paying rent and they are attempting to change my monthly payment. Issues have been going on for a month+. The majority of the individuals in management that I have encountered in this building are deceitful, lack morals, and are straight up dishonest. The company doesn't try to hide that they do not have any of your interests at heart with all of the neglect to fix issues. Despite all of my various issues, my biggest issue is the lack of responsiveness and accountability from "management." Again, DO NOT MOVE HERE!

The management is being paid to twiddle their thumbs. They owe me a couple hundred bucks but they have officially responded that they are not going to try to give me what they owe me. See picture for proof. All I can do now is leave an unfortunately bad review after living here for 3 years…beware the corners they cut at this location to make it seem like a good place. It’s no surprise people were moving out in droves this year Edit: increasing the rating- after I posted this, they reached out via Google Reviews and we were able to mostly refund me what they owed.

DO NOT RENT While the maintenance staff, especially Shaquan, were above reproach and truly helped out literally every time I needed something taken care of, and in a very timely manner, the management was absolutely awful. Often times I’d be waiting days if not over a week for a simple text back about something important with my lease or help with an important matter; and when the time to move out came, I placed my mailbox key on the kitchen counter as instructed per the move out instructions. Because USPS’ system to change address was down, I repeatedly asked the concierge to contact Doug for the mailbox key so I could collect my mail. Over a month went by, and no response from Doug, even after I contacted him directly. I went by today and USPS took all of my mail away, including importan
