Oh man, the property manager at 759 Apts on Basin St, Tallahasse, FL, Dewayne Peterson, is a wonderful and helpful guy. He has helped in so many ways and big ups to him. He came through when needed.

I moved in just before the Fall ‘23 semester started. I really like living here and it’s much nicer than the previous apartment complex from a different company where I used to live. The unit was clean when I moved in. They redid the tiles in my bathroom and they look nicer now. It’s pretty quiet here. I haven’t had issues with mold. I haven’t had an issue with parking and have always been able to park either right in front of my unit or a few spaces nearby it. Maintenance is really nice and responds quickly to my requests. When my AC broke, they ordered a new unit and replaced it. The gate is closed all the time, but if it’s open, I put in a maintenance request and they fix it within a day or two. Management also has been really nice and responds to my texts quickly! When I go in person

I usually don’t leave reviews but felt that 759 deserved it because I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex and it can help any parent or student looking. I moved every year during college and moved here my junior year and loved it so much that I decided to renew for another year. Location is great since it’s across the street from FSU campus, light walk to Doak Stadium, and the local restaurants were minutes from my door step. Office staff is amazing with manager Kerri, always super attentive and helpful. Maintenance is also awesome, shout out to Dee for helping with my maintenance issues in a really fast manner!

I've been living here for two years, and the experience has been great! The office staff, especially the property manager Kerri, are extremely nice and accommodating. Earlier this year my dryer stopped working. I was expecting them to fix it however, I came home to a brand-new washer and dryer! Lol all of a sudden doing laundry became one of my favorite chores. The only reason I am not resigning for a third year is because my dog just turned one and need to have a place with a fenced in yard.

I've lived both here and at their newest property. I could not be happier with both places; Brittany is awesome and will always look to help you out. Maintenance crew is also fantastic; all of them are very cool and helpful. They are always on time and even fixed a leak for me at 8pm on a Saturday. I was not charged any extra upon move out. Definitely consider living here if you are looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable living experience.
