I wanted to share my experience about the office staff at 735 TrumanApts, in particular Rhonda and Jimmy. I was looking for an apartment for my mom that was close to my residence and I reached out to this team. When I tell you that Jimmy and Rhonda was on the BALL with assisting us, they were! Jimmy was very personable and listened to my mom’s wishlist and showed us a unit that aligned with what she was looking for. As soon as we toured the apartment my mom’s smile said it all. The unit was the perfect size and modern, The amenities were nice; elevator, plenty of parking spaces, gym, package room, and others. I’ve been living here for almost six years now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best values in the city. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and managed with genuine care and professionalism. Weberson on the maintenance team has been incredible to work with — always responsive, polite, and truly committed to making sure residents are happy. Rhonda and the front office staff do an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly and making everyone feel welcome. Even the cleaning and grounds teams go above and beyond to keep the property in great shape through every season. Overall, this community has been a wonderful place to call home. Top.notch customer service from the initial phone call to the move in date. All of the office staff went above and beyond to assist us w the apartment. They were truely a blessing. Response time w my many questions were always answered immediately.

We’ve lived at 735 Truman for almost four years and have had great experience. Our maintenance issues get addressed promptly by Weberson, he’s truly the best! The management team is also great. Highly recommend if you thinking of living in the Hyde Park area! 😊

My brother and his family have been living here for almost five months now. My brother is not always around so I helped his wife with the application process. Initially, we faced a challenge when our application was denied due to a mix-up with a previous resident who had the same name and a poor rental history. Fortunately, Linh Quach stepped in and was incredibly patient, redoing our background check and confirming that we were not the same people. Her dedication made a significant difference. I also want to commend the entire staff, who have been very friendly and supportive throughout this journey. Even the staff member who initially denied our application was professional, and I believe it was an honest mistake rather than anything intentional. The property itself is well-maintained,
